Platinum at the 2025 DMAR Excellence Awards

Sometimes in real estate (and in life), it’s easy to keep your head down, focused on helping people, moving from one chapter to the next.
And then something like this happens, and you realize it’s time to celebrate.

We’re so excited to share that The Art of Home Team was honored with a Platinum Award at this year’s Denver Metro Association of Realtors (DMAR) Excellence Awards for the 7th year in a row!

So what does that mean, exactly?

Each year, DMAR hosts the Excellence Awards to celebrate the top real estate agents and teams across the Denver Metro area. It’s a way of shining a light on the folks who are really out there putting their hearts into it, whether that’s helping someone buy their first place, sell their longtime family home, or find that dream mountain-view backyard.

The Platinum level recognizes teams who closed between $20 million and $29.9 million in sales volume, or between 36 and 45 transactions in a year.
Basically: it’s a big, sparkly “you’re doing amazing work” award.

And we couldn’t have done it without YOU—our incredible clients, friends, family, and neighbors who trust us with such an important part of your lives. Truly. It means everything.

Why It Matters to Us

We in the Art of Home Team don’t think real estate is just about keys and contracts (though yes, we love a good closing day!). It’s about the feeling of home and the art of helping someone find the right space to grow, to gather, to breathe.

Being recognized with this award isn’t just about numbers for us.
It’s a reflection of the care, creativity, and heart we try to bring into every relationship, every decision, every little detail.

And it’s a reminder that even as the market shifts and changes, some things stay the same: Home matters. People matter. You matter.

A Little About DMAR

They do an amazing job supporting agents, advocating for homeowners, and keeping real estate in Denver strong and thriving. Their Excellence Awards are like a big community celebration—and let’s be honest, getting to dress up and see our colleagues doing awesome things was half the fun!
