FIBArk | June 16-19

Downtown Salida 

What began as a bet between two friends in 1949 has evolved into FIBArk an event that brings thousands of people together each year to the “oldest and boldest” whitewater festival in North America. Hooligan race (anything that floats that’s not a boat), raft rodeo, SUP board boxing, and many other competitions will have you laughing as hard as you are cheering. Enjoy live music, vendor village, and trail runs; there is something to enjoy for everyone. Head to Salida this weekend for some out-of-this-world entertainment.

Father’s Day Fishing Derby | June 19, 1-4 pm

The beautiful and fun town of Black Hawk is hosting a Father’s Day Fishing Derby at the William C Russell Park & Pond. With food, prizes, and yard games, there is plenty of fun for the whole family.

Start Father’s day on the right foot with a run/walk race followed by a cornhole tournament and car show. Come to Arvada for all-day fun while you enjoy free hard seltzer!

Keg Conditioning | June 19, 9 am

The Golden Mill | 1012 Ford St, Golden

The Golden Mill is hosting a fun 45-minute outdoor HIIT workout! All participants will receive a free $7 pour! Later in the day, Scott Slay and The Rail will be playing live music from 3-5 pm. They are a unique fusion of Jamgrass and Americana.
