Ken joined Art of Home Team after investing in Colorado real estate for over 13 years. Ken brings 2 decades of creative industry experience to our listings, and supports our team with drone videos and animation. A graduate of Cal Arts, Ken was trained in old school single cell animation and thus has incredible attention to detail and patience. Having learned the ropes of real estate behind the scenes since with his team lead and wife, Heather, Ken has been involved in real estate life for a decade. Ken moved to Denver from Vermont via Berkeley, CA, in the 1990s. He will always have a soft spot in his heart for Poet's Row, Capitol Hill, Boulder, Niwot, and Sloan's Lake. Together, Heather and Ken have learned the ins and outs of managing personal rental properties, renovating vintage homes, and launching an airBnB. Ken loves speaking German, creating new art, snowboarding, and spending time with neighbors and rescue dogs.
